Nua Healthcare Services is a leading private healthcare provider in Ireland, specialising in Residential and Supported Living Services for both children and adults with diverse and complex support requirements. This role is based in Naas, County Kildare, Ireland, within their Service Support Functions division.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Recruitment Manager to lead and oversee recruitment efforts across our residential service sectors. The successful candidate will spearhead recruitment initiatives, ensuring the attraction and selection of highly qualified candidates to maintain optimal staffing levels in line with operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and embody the company's Mission, Vision, and Values in all recruitment activities.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both local and international positions including job advertising, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Monitor and sustain staffing levels throughout services to accommodate current operations and upcoming admissions.
  • Handle the issuance of offers and employment contracts aligning with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure new employees undergo comprehensive onboarding adhering to regulatory and internal standards.
  • Create, review, and maintain precise job descriptions for all organizational roles.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to recruitment and administrative teams to foster a high-performance work environment.
  • Gather and analyze recruitment data to compile reports on metrics and KPIs that inform strategic workforce planning.
  • Assist in succession planning by identifying talent and supporting leadership development initiatives.
  • Recommend recruitment process improvements based on trend analysis to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses.
  • Maintain personnel records with accuracy and compliance in accordance with legal and company policies.
  • Cultivate an employee-centered culture focused on quality, continual improvement, and performance excellence.
  • Ensure confidentiality and strict adherence to data protection regulations.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare or social care sector.
  • Prior experience in a management or leadership role overseeing recruitment functions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and HR standards.
  • CIPD qualification or relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate attraction, screening, selection, and onboarding.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Possession of a full, clean driving license with readiness to travel between various service locations as necessary.
