Role Overview
The Assistant Support Worker position at Nua Healthcare involves delivering compassionate care and support tailored to individuals utilizing their services. The role encompasses assisting people with daily plans, facilitating community engagement, supporting education and skills development, and encouraging personal progress. Responsibilities also include aiding with daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, and family visits. Staff in this role are expected to uphold company policies, procedures, standards, and codes of practice diligently. The position requires shift work covering 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Requirements and Qualifications
- No formal qualifications needed for Assistant Support Worker roles; all required training will be provided
- Social Care Workers should possess a Level 7 or 8 degree in Social Care, Healthcare, or a related field and must be registered with CORU
- Relevant life experience is valued but not mandatory
- A positive attitude and passion for supporting individuals is essential
- A full driver's license is required, or candidates should be in the process of obtaining one
