About the Role
We are collaborating with a leading global organization based in Swords, Dublin to fill the position of Talent & Recruitment Coordinator. This role offers an exciting chance to be part of a vibrant team and to oversee the entire recruitment cycle alongside enhancing the onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing recruitment operations including managing communications with candidates, scheduling interviews, and posting job vacancies on multiple platforms.
- Serving as the main point of contact for candidates to ensure a smooth and personalized recruitment experience while supporting hiring managers with interview arrangements and updates on recruitment pipelines.
- Managing onboarding processes and compliance tasks such as issuing employment contracts, drafting offer letters, arranging pre-employment screenings such as references and right-to-work documentation, and organizing new hire inductions.
- Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), monitoring recruitment metrics, and creating reports on hiring activities.
- Cooperating with internal HR staff, recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners to achieve recruitment goals.
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, supporting talent development programs, driving process improvements, and assisting with events aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least two years experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR administrative roles.
- A degree-level qualification (Level 8 preferred) in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR information systems.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate management, and foundational understanding of Irish employment laws and GDPR regulations.
- Strong organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and the discretion to handle confidential information sensitively.
