Internship Role Overview
The organization invites applications for the role of Recruitment Consultant Intern located in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai. This full-time, 3-month internship involves working onsite to support and enhance the company's talent acquisition efforts across various departments including Technology, Sales, Content Writing, and Operations. The intern will collaborate closely with senior leadership to attract, evaluate, and onboard skilled individuals crucial for the company’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and sourcing potential candidates from diverse platforms like job portals, professional networks, educational institutions, and specialized communities for multiple roles.
- Conducting resume evaluations and preliminary candidate interviews to assess suitability and communication skills.
- Organizing interview schedules between candidates and company hiring managers or founders to ensure seamless recruitment procedures.
- Serving as the main communication point for candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, guaranteeing consistent engagement and follow-ups.
- Creating and disseminating attractive job advertisements on various recruiting channels and assisting with university recruitment campaigns.
- Maintaining applicant tracking systems, facilitating offer processes, and aiding initial onboarding tasks.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Pursuing or recently graduated with Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication capabilities to skillfully connect with and assess applicants.
- Interest and versatility to handle recruitment across technical and non-technical domains such as full-stack development, data roles, sales, editorial, and operations.
- Self-motivated, detail-focused with the agility to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, multiple job boards, and office productivity suites such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
