Role Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator for Europe will manage extensive interview scheduling, leveraging the Ashby applicant tracking system to automate workflows and emphasize candidate experience. This role requires maintaining data accuracy, preparing analytical reports, facilitating candidate travel, and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently coordinate numerous phone, onsite, and video interviews.
- Utilize Ashby ATS to automate repetitive tasks and enhance candidate interactions.
- Maintain precise data, compile metrics, and generate reports to support recruiters and hiring managers.
- Handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Arrange candidate travel and manage expense reimbursements.
- Welcome candidates during onsite interviews to ensure a positive experience.
- Drive projects aimed at improving workflows and office environment.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years as a Recruiting Coordinator within a growing company.
- Strong operational focus, problem-solving skills, multitasking capability, and data-driven mindset.
- High integrity with a commitment to confidentiality and privacy for candidates.
- Experience coordinating with C-suite executives for scheduling and communication efficiency.
- Availability to be onsite in the London office Monday through Thursday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in an office-based work culture.
- Familiarity with Ashby applicant tracking system.
