Job description
Role Overview
The Association of Ghana Industries, in partnership with the International Labour Organisation (ILO), is seeking to fill the position of Coordinator for its Score Programme based in Accra. This role demands a candidate with strong coordination capabilities and relevant experience in training, human resources, or quality management within factories.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates must hold either a Master's degree with a minimum of two years relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree coupled with at least six years of experience.
- Required experience should cover two or more of the following areas: Human Resource Management, Marketing of Training Services, Factory experience related to quality, production and Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (OSHE), Training of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), or Coordination of multiple institutions in a collaborative setting.
Essential Attributes
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills.
- A friendly and approachable personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with CEOs and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite along with exceptional organizational abilities.
