Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment process across various departments. This position involves partnering closely with hiring managers to identify ideal candidate profiles, source potential hires, conduct thorough interviews, and finalize employment agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job intake to offer generation for multiple openings.
• Identify and attract candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and direct outreach methods.
• Evaluate candidates’ abilities, motivation, and cultural compatibility.
• Organize interview schedules and collect detailed feedback from interview panels.
• Negotiate employment offers and support candidates through to their onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment funnel metrics and implement improvements to boost conversion rates at all stages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of two years' experience in end-to-end recruiting either in-house or at an agency.
• Practical expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Proficient in sourcing techniques including Boolean and X-ray searches.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• A data-oriented approach to recruitment, actively measuring funnel performance and applying insights for improvement.
• A genuine passion for hiring outstanding talent, focusing on quality over quantity.
