Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Specialist to join our client's team on a full-time basis, working remotely from anywhere. The position focuses on managing human-labeled datasets critical for AI model training and evaluation, ensuring their accuracy and relevance. The candidate will support the improvement of data pipelines and enhance annotation procedures used in machine learning applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and validate human-labeled data to maintain consistent and accurate AI training datasets.
• Detect and correct inconsistencies in data annotations by cross-checking against original sources and guidelines.
• Work closely with various teams to update annotation guidelines and boost data quality standards.
• Track and analyze data labeling performance metrics to monitor progress and identify patterns.
• Help document workflows and maintain comprehensive records of data origins, labeling protocols, and quality assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in data annotation, labeling, or quality control is advantageous.
• Knowledge of fundamental data validation methods and a keen eye for detail in dataset evaluation.
• Ability to follow strict guidelines and consistently apply them in data processing tasks.
