Job description
Overview
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles within the organization. This position involves proactive outreach to potential applicants through multiple channels, conducting initial interviews to assess communication skills and interest, and managing the scheduling process with senior HR personnel or department managers.
Key Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to candidates sourced from job portals, databases, or social media platforms.
- Verify candidate information such as employment history, education credentials, current location, and salary requirements.
- Perform brief telephonic interviews to evaluate basic English/Hindi proficiency and candidate enthusiasm.
- Arrange interview appointments between candidates and senior recruitment or departmental teams.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress, call results, and feedback within company CRM or Applicant Tracking System daily.
- Achieve daily performance targets including call volume, successful contacts, and candidate joinings or walk-ins.
Additional Details
- Salary range: INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
