Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for a full-time remote position. This engineering role involves hands-on development focused on designing, constructing, and deploying generative AI solutions utilizing state-of-the-art LLM frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement generative AI and LLM-based applications using frameworks like LangChain and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Apply prompt engineering and agent-based methodologies to create intelligent, context-sensitive AI systems.
- Partner with engineering teams to define and influence the technical roadmap for LLM-related projects.
- Convert business requirements into scalable, efficient, and production-level AI solutions.
- Engage in architecture design discussions, perform code reviews, and optimize system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for development of AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and contemporary LLM technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of LLM components including prompt tuning, embeddings, vector databases, and agent workflows.
- Background in machine learning or software engineering with a systems-oriented approach.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Capability to work autonomously while maintaining productive collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
