Role Overview

We are seeking motivated freshers and experienced HR Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. The role involves sourcing candidates via platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals; screening resumes; conducting initial HR interviews; scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates; managing offer negotiations; and maintaining candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates for IT and Non-IT roles through multiple recruitment channels.
• Screening applications and conducting preliminary HR interviews.
• Organizing and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Managing the hiring process including negotiation and follow-ups.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records within the ATS.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Passion for recruitment, especially fresh graduates.
• Experience in staffing, consultancy, or corporate recruitment is a plus.
