Role Overview

This position seeks a Sales Planning Analyst skilled in sales planning, inventory analysis, and sales operations. The role involves managing inventory planning, supporting sales activities, executing campaigns, reporting, forecasting, and driving revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inventory planning and analysis to optimize stock levels.
• Support sales teams with campaign delivery and sales operations tasks.
• Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, sales forecasting, and pacing.
• Monitor inventory utilization and track delivery schedules.
• Assist in billing and revenue operations ensuring accurate financial support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales and operational objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Expertise in Advanced Excel including data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and utilization tracking.
• Experience with campaign pacing and delivery monitoring.
• Familiarity with billing processes and revenue support functions.
• Preferred experience using Power BI and knowledge of advertising or media operations.
