Job Overview

This role seeks a GIS/Geospatial Data Specialist proficient in managing and analyzing geospatial data using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and spatial databases. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with spatial analysis and data management, as well as proficiency in SQL and Python. Familiarity with FME, Databricks, GIS mapping and visualization, web GIS technologies, and domain knowledge in Oil & Gas data is favored.

Responsibilities

• Manage geospatial data and conduct detailed spatial analysis using ArcGIS Pro and Enterprise platforms.
• Utilize SQL and spatial databases to support geospatial data querying and management.
• Develop GIS mapping and visualization tools to represent geospatial datasets effectively.
• Work with Python to automate GIS workflows and data processing.
• Apply knowledge of FME, Databricks, and web GIS to enhance data integration and visualization capabilities.
• Leverage industry knowledge in Oil & Gas data to tailor geospatial solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Proficiency in spatial data management and spatial database technologies.
• Familiarity with SQL programming and spatial querying.
• Experience in Python scripting for GIS data manipulation.
• Knowledge of FME and Databricks platforms considered an advantage.
• Understanding of web GIS and geospatial visualization techniques.
• Prior exposure to Oil & Gas geospatial data is preferred.
