About the Role

The Recruiter plays a critical role in Gartner's growth by partnering closely with business units to attract and evaluate top talent. This position offers the opportunity to witness the development and achievements of candidates you bring on board.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and align candidates with specific job requirements across designated business units.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand the roles and profiles needed.
• Leverage diverse recruiting channels and design innovative strategies to attract quality candidates.
• Utilize candidate tracking databases for sourcing and monitoring recruitment progress.

Qualifications & Experience

• Between four to seven years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment.
• Proven success in goal-driven talent acquisition environments with measurable results.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• A driven individual with a strong focus on achieving outcomes.
