Recreation Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Actively promote spa treatments and retail offerings to guests.
• Manage reservations and appointment confirmations efficiently using software tools.
• Provide guests with accurate and timely information regarding spa services.
• Coordinate guest check-ins and payment transactions in a courteous manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure professional appearance and communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking for extended periods, and moving objects up to 10 pounds unassisted or 25 pounds with help.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D).
• No previous related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience necessary.
• Ability to work on feet and navigate various surfaces safely.
• Competency in using reservation software and visually verifying information.
• Commitment to uphold company quality standards and policies consistently.
