Graphic Designer

About the Role

Westin Hotels & Resorts in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Graphic Designer to create compelling marketing materials that align with the brand’s identity to help increase hotel revenue. This role involves designing advertisements, collateral, signage, digital brochures, and presentations. The position requires collaboration with marketing managers and operational teams to deliver concept and design solutions for various projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Create diverse marketing assets including print and electronic materials that reflect brand standards.
• Maintain understanding of customer demographics to tailor promotional visuals appropriately.
• Track project progress, manage files and archives, and provide updates to the marketing or project teams.
• Execute production tasks such as printing, scanning, image editing, digital retouching, special effects, and layout management.
• Adhere to company policies, present a professional appearance, and protect confidential information and assets.
• Engage guests and colleagues with professionalism and clear communication, supporting team goals.
• Comply with quality standards and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 10 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• No supervisory experience necessary.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
