Coordinator - Graphic Design

Overview

This role involves designing and producing marketing materials that include advertisements, signage, image succession pieces, brochures, and electronic presentations. These materials must reflect the brand's image and style to drive hotel revenue growth. Collaboration with marketing managers and related operational departments is essential to deliver design and conceptual solutions across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop marketing assets aligned with brand standards to enhance revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to conceptualize and execute project objectives.
• Maintain awareness of customer demographics to tailor appearances and impressions in promotional materials and event collateral.
• Manage project progression by keeping comprehensive project files and archives.
• Facilitate continuous communication with marketing teams regarding project statuses and updates.
• Perform production activities such as printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and layout design.

Additional Duties

• Adhere strictly to company policies, maintaining a professional appearance and protecting company information and assets.
• Provide courteous guest interactions respecting company standards with clear and professional communication.
• Prepare and accurately review written documents punctually and manage phone interactions professionally.
• Develop positive working relationships across teams, supporting shared objectives and responding constructively to colleagues' concerns.
• Follow quality standards and expectations diligently.
• Physically manage objects weighing up to 4.5 kg independently and remain standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods as required.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from an accredited university or higher education institution.
• Three to five years of professional experience in graphic design.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
