Job Overview and Duties
This role involves engaging with patrons at a recreational facility to ensure a high standard of service. Responsibilities include circulating among visitors to provide assistance, handle complaints, and offer guidance on equipment use. The Recreation Assistant supports patrons by facilitating equipment checkout, delivering safety instructions, demonstrating new gear, and leading classes. Additionally, the position involves organizing, promoting, and supporting special events, social gatherings, tournaments, and similar activities. Supervision of other team members may be required.
Employment Conditions and Qualifications
- A valid Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are mandatory for employment.

- A probationary period of one year may be imposed.
- The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and special events connected to Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR).

Additional Information and Policies
