This opportunity suits an experienced manager or a motivated supervisor ready to advance their career. You’ll coach people-first, champion exceptional customer service, and engage actively on the sales floor alongside a committed Store Manager and a vibrant team catering to camping, fishing, boating enthusiasts, and holiday shoppers.
Enjoy a balanced working schedule with a flexible roster ranging between 3 to 5 days per week, averaging 30 to 35 hours, while accessing progressive career and leadership paths.

About The Role
In your role as Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in maximizing sales, ensuring seamless store operations, and fostering a lively and motivating work atmosphere. Ideal candidates bring:
- Strong management or leadership background.
- Leading by example to provide excellent customer experiences.
- The ability to inspire, guide, and energize the retail team.
- Proficiency in coaching, driving sales, and hitting store performance targets.
- Experience in visual merchandising, inventory control, health and safety compliance, and maintaining store security.
