Job description
Position Overview
The Recreation Aid NF-01 role involves assisting patrons by distributing tools, equipment, and games, as well as providing guidance on use, verifying winners in gaming activities, and supporting facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute tools, equipment, and gaming materials to authorized customers, verifying identity, collecting applicable fees, and completing necessary documentation.
- Monitor and maintain inventories and supplies; provide patrons with accurate details about facilities and programs.
- Offer instructions and demonstrate how to use gaming equipment, including operating a hands-free Bingo Ball Machine and verifying bingo winners through computer or paper card review.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support facility operations.
Employment Requirements
- Must provide Direct Deposit information and Social Security Card.
- Meet eligibility, qualification, and background standards including a Tier 1 background investigation and employment verification checks as per AR 215-3 regulations.
- A probationary period of one year may be required.
