Racker - Warehouse Associate Pharma

Job Overview

Join Truemeds as a Racker in our pharma warehouse located in Vikhroli West, Mumbai. This role involves organizing and handling pharmaceutical products within the warehouse environment to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Systematically arrange medicines and pharmaceutical items on designated racks.
• Correctly place and store products at assigned rack locations.
• Pick and prepare product orders from racks according to demand.
• Assist in periodic stock verification and inventory management processes.
• Maintain neat and orderly placement of products to facilitate easy access and identification.
• Verify product quantities and ensure items are securely stored.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to support daily operational tasks.
• Uphold cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the assigned warehouse section.
• Adhere strictly to warehouse safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Candidate Profile

• Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics roles within pharma, e-commerce, FMCG, or similar sectors (including DMart, Blinkit, Zepto) is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in reading and understanding English is required.
• Capable of performing physically demanding warehouse work.
• Dependable and flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekly off rotations.
