About the Role

Adecco is collaborating with a reputable client in the industrial manufacturing sector to enhance their Quality team. The company emphasizes high standards in quality, operational efficiency, and continual improvement within a modern and well-organized production environment. Their focus includes maintaining rigorous Quality Management Systems and fostering customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and revise all documentation related to the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Organize and perform internal audits, and assist with external audit processes.
• Track the progress of corrective and preventive actions linked to audit findings and non-conformities.
• Oversee both internal and external non-conformities and lead root cause investigations.
• Analyze customer complaints and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
• Utilize quality analysis techniques such as 5 Why, Ishikawa diagrams, FMEA, and PPAP.
• Collaborate with Production and other departments to address and resolve quality-related issues.
• Assist in the approval and validation of new processes and product introductions.
• Prepare detailed reports and analyses reflecting quality performance metrics.
• Support internal training efforts concerning quality requirements and best practices.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Ensure adherence to internal quality policies and applicable standards.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO quality standards.
• Proven track record with audits, managing non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions.
• Proficient with quality management tools: 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, PPAP.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational capabilities, and problem-solving skillset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-departmental cooperation.
• Competent with PC and experienced in handling technical and quality documentation.
• Proactive, detail-conscious, and methodical work ethic.
• Ability to operate independently and collaborate well within a team environment.
