Job description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Testing Engineer for a manufacturing setup located at Ecotech 3, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years in the manufacturing industry with relevant technical qualifications and hands-on knowledge in product and equipment testing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of machines prior to dispatch.
- Perform pressure and leak testing on products.
- Test functionality of valves, piping systems, and control units.
- Assess electrical and instrumentation setups for compliance.
- Verify overall plant performance and operational standards.
- Inspect paint, finishing quality, and branding adherence.
- Identify, report, and facilitate correction of quality-related issues.
- Compile detailed inspection and testing documentation and reports.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure quality control throughout processes.
- Authorize equipment release for shipping after clearance.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in manufacturing quality testing.
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Proficient understanding of pressure testing, leak testing, valve operations, and mild steel product standards.
- Basic computer skills including Excel, email communication, and typing.
Work Schedule & Location
Working days are Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, based in Greater Noida.
Compensation & Benefits
Offered salary ranges from INR 21,000 to 25,000 per month CTC. Additional benefits include company SIM card, Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
