Quality Head

Position Overview

Image Synergy Ekxplor Private Limited is actively seeking a Quality Head to join their team at the Bangalore location, specifically at #10, Vajarahalli, Kanakapura Main Road, Bangalore – 560062. This position requires a seasoned professional with substantial experience in mechanical engineering and quality management to lead and enhance the quality assurance and control processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive quality management frameworks that align with both corporate policies and customer expectations.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, customer specifications, relevant statutory regulations, and required certifications.
• Oversee and direct Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to ensure optimal performance and achievement of quality objectives.
• Monitor critical quality indicators such as rejection rates, reworks, defects, and customer complaints, and initiate corrective measures where necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional departments to drive improvements in product and process quality.
• Handle customer-related quality concerns including complaints, audits, and significant customer visits, ensuring timely resolution and remediation.
• Organize and execute internal, process, product, and external audits and ensure that all audit observations are addressed and closed effectively.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at minimizing rejection, scrap, and rework while boosting customer satisfaction levels.
• Develop and deliver quality training sessions and awareness programs to operators, QC inspectors, and other employees to foster a quality-centric culture.
• Compile and present detailed reports on quality performance, customer feedback, corrective actions, and key quality metrics to senior management during Monthly Review Meetings (MRM).

Candidate Profile

• Educational background in Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
• Extensive experience ranging from 15 to 25 years in quality management roles within relevant industries.
