Logistics Executive

About the Role

Image Synergy Ekxplor Private Limited is urgently seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to oversee and manage the dispatch and logistics functions based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The position requires a qualified candidate with extensive industry experience and technical education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations related to dispatch and logistics activities.
• Conduct verification of all essential documents such as invoices, delivery challans, E-way Bills, and Lorry Receipts.
• Ensure that packing, labeling, and quantity inspections are performed accurately.
• Coordinate effectively with warehouse, production units, and transport departments to streamline processes.
• Monitor delivery progress and address any issues in dispatch promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation including Proof of Delivery (POD), records of stock movement, and dispatch logs.
• Ensure loading procedures comply with safety regulations.
• Manage freight expenses and implement strategies to enhance logistics efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the dispatch workforce to achieve operational excellence.
• Assist in stock verification and support monthly audit activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in logistics, ideally between 15 to 25 years.
