Verification Executive

Role Overview

The Verification Executive will manage background verification (BGV) processes for India and international locations, ensuring thorough examination of customer documents related to education, employment, address, and criminal records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end background verification transactions for India and other countries.
• Validate customer documents encompassing educational qualifications, employment history, addresses, and criminal records.
• Employ MS Office programs like Word and Excel efficiently in daily tasks.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail and the aptitude to assess and analyze BGV documents to identify discrepancies or red flags.
• Follow and uphold organizational ethics and core values consistently.
• Adapt promptly to changes in work processes and schedule, including weekly offs, based on evolving business demands.
• Exhibit flexibility to work extended hours during high workload periods to fulfill client expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least a Pre-University Course (PUC) certificate or a diploma.
• Reside within approximately 10-12 kilometers of Babusapalya, Bangalore; candidates living beyond this radius should be willing to relocate closer.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with HR professionals and academic authorities.
• Maintain a typing speed of at least 22 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
