Quality Control Inspector

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Quality Control Inspector responsible for ensuring all materials and products comply with required quality standards throughout production processes in the Makkah Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inline testing on job orders to verify adherence to specifications.
• Participate in job start-up and authorize dispatching of samples for laboratory testing after completing inline inspections.
• Complete Quality Control Inspection Reports to document inspection outcomes and maintain records.
• Raise Internal Rejections for non-conforming products, label them with "Hold" tags, move items to the Quarantine zone, and forward rejection forms to the QC Team Leader.
• After approval by QC Unit Head, submit rejection reports to relevant Section Heads for thorough investigation.
• Label held products post-investigation with appropriate tags (Segregate, Caution, Waste) to communicate outcomes clearly.
• Inspect reworked goods to confirm defect-free status.
• Collect and retain product samples to ensure traceability and provide them upon request.
• Verify and stamp product and pallet labels.
• Inspect Raw Materials and Other Raw Materials per quality plans; generate Rejection Reports if materials fail to meet standards and report to QC Unit Head to ensure compliance.
