Quality Assurance Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Executive responsible for upholding quality standards across suppliers, warehouses, and designated locations throughout India. The ideal candidate will actively perform quality inspections and conduct routine visits to supplier sites to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive quality inspections and frequent site visits to suppliers.
• Monitor adherence to quality benchmarks and promptly detect any deviations.
• Create and maintain detailed quality reports and documentation.
• Assist in root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and investigations related to rejections and complaints.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
• Ensure strict compliance with established food safety and quality processes.
• Update quality data and reports using relevant systems and mobile applications.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role.
• Educational background in Food Technology or Agriculture is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler vehicle for commuting.
• Willingness to travel locally with frequent field visits.
• Proficiency in English communication and basic computer/application skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates based locally.

Additional Details

Location: Pan India. This role requires mobility and active participation in field inspections to maintain quality standards.

Compensation

Monthly salary range between ₹30,000 and ₹35,000.
