Quadient Inspire Scaler Developer

Job Overview

This role requires a seasoned developer experienced in customer communication management (CCM) with an emphasis on Quadient Inspire software to design scalable document templates and communication workflows for high-volume distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and refine document templates and customer communication journeys using Quadient Inspire, focusing on scalability and high delivery volumes.
• Develop modular, reusable components and styles to accelerate delivery and simplify template maintenance.
• Configure batch and on-demand document output for both print and digital platforms, ensuring compliance with performance service level agreements.
• Integrate and transform data from different sources to enable personalized and accurately formatted communications.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to templates, layout, data mapping, and output discrepancies, guaranteeing quality fixes.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases, verify accuracy of outputs, and maintain regression testing standards for template adjustments.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify needs, suggest template strategies, and estimate effort for development cycles and releases.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation on templates, component architectures, data mappings, and deployment procedures to facilitate team scalability and knowledge transfer.
• Advocate and contribute to continuous process improvements involving template versioning, governance, and release preparedness.
• Support AI initiatives aimed at enhancing communication quality, automation, and content validation within CCM workflows.
• Explore AI-driven techniques for output anomaly detection, intelligent content recommendations, and enhanced data verification.

Qualifications and Experience

• Academic background: Bachelor's or Master’s degrees in Engineering (BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH), Computer Applications (MCA), Science (MSC), or Business Administration (MBA).
• At least 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience developing and scaling document composition templates using Quadient Inspire.
• Proven expertise in handling high-volume communications with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve template, layout, and data mapping issues expediently without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and its application in enhancing communication workflows is a plus.
