QC Executive - Interior Factory

Overview

The QC Executive plays a vital role in overseeing the quality control processes at the interior factory located in Malur. This role involves verifying both finished and in-progress products against approved drawings and specifications to maintain high-quality standards throughout production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough quality inspections on all factory-produced items.
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings to guide quality checks according to specified dimensions and criteria.
• Detect deviations, defects, or any non-conformities and promptly inform the QC Manager.
• Collaborate closely with production, design, and other teams to address and resolve quality-related problems.
• Keep detailed documentation and maintain records of quality inspections, reports, and rejected items.
• Verify that finished products comply with drawing details before delivery or handoff.
• Monitor and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions for quality discrepancies.
• Prepare basic quality-related reports and maintain data using Excel for management review.
• Assist the QC Manager in establishing and upholding quality standards throughout the factory operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with company quality protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum one year of experience essential, specifically within the interior industry.
• Graduate-level education in any discipline.
