QA QC Engineer - MEP

Job Overview

As a QA QC Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects, you will oversee all quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with company and client standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and regulate the distribution of all company quality documentation.
• Supervise all project-related quality activities to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct both internal and external audits representing company management.
• Confirm contractor quality requirements are clearly communicated to vendors and that contractor documentation submissions meet criteria.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, coordinating project demands with potential bidders.
• Engage in client quality management discussions to address quality concerns and expectations.
• Prepare and control quality system management documentation before project initiation.
• Assess qualifications and training of quality inspection personnel.
• Track and manage the resolution of all nonconformance reports issued.
• Evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and suggest necessary enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with the site QC manager on all QA/QC activities.
• Coordinate QA/QC efforts alongside the site QA/QC procurement manager.
• Handle all quality-related correspondence with client representatives.
• Monitor and report on statistical quality methods used during the project.
• Address and resolve any customer complaints effectively.
• Ensure control and archiving of all project documentation upon completion.
