MEPF Engineer

Job Overview

Seeking a skilled MEPF Engineer to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting operations on construction project sites. This role requires oversight of site activities including coordination with contractors and consultants, thorough review of design documents, quality inspections, and ensuring projects meet completion deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute MEPF installation and maintenance at project locations.
• Manage systems related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting.
• Examine and validate MEPF drawings, bills of quantity, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, architects, and on-site teams for smooth operations.
• Perform site inspections and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Monitor installation processes for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting components.
• Coordinate the activities of testing and commissioning for these systems.
• Support quantity estimation and verify contractor billing accurately.
• Document project progress reports and maintain all necessary project files.
• Ensure compliance with quality norms, safety protocols, and timely delivery of projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in MEPF site execution.
• Background in real estate or construction projects is essential.
• Proficient knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and competent in using MS Excel.
• Understanding of Indian Standards (IS codes), safety procedures, and site execution methodologies.
