Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer inquiries, Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tender documents to support bid preparations.
• Help prepare technical offers including designs, specifications, and formal documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising engineering, procurement, project management, commercial, and logistics personnel.
• Assist in creating compliance matrices, technical submissions, and proposal documentation ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Support in preparing clarifications and responses post-bid as needed.
• Organize and document prequalification processes including attendance and evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to safety and engineering standards throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skillset

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Academic excellence with a keen interest in sales engineering, tendering processes, and managing proposals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Basic knowledge of cost estimation and commercial principles related to engineering projects.
