Site Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, specializing in commercial interiors and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 5 years of hands-on experience supervising and managing on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the construction site to ensure work progresses according to plan.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with contractors, suppliers, architects, and project teams.
• Verify that tasks are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and timeframes.
• Supervise quality control, material usage, workforce deployment, and enforce safety regulations at the site.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and monitor project timelines.
• Diagnose and resolve any site-related challenges, collaborating closely with the project team.
• Ensure accurate measurements, quantity verifications, and manage material requirements efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate 2 to 5 years of relevant site engineering experience.
• Familiarity with construction and interior execution processes, technical drawings, and measurement techniques.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Readiness to travel to various project locations as needed.
