Accounts Manager

About the Role

Richi Interiors, a firm specializing in Commercial Interiors, Construction, and Building Materials, is seeking an Accounts Manager based in Hyderabad. This role demands a thorough and experienced finance professional to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and daily financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions and financial operations.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Compile and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, Profit & Loss accounts, and Balance Sheets.
• Administer accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Ensure punctual filing of GST/TDS returns along with account reconciliations and statutory documentation.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, ledger reviews, and overall account audits.
• Support Balance Sheet finalization and coordinate audit processes.
• Track cash flow, expenses, and monitor receivables/payables status.
• Liaise with auditors, financial consultants, banking partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain precise accounting records adhering to internal policies.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing oversight and feedback on their work.
• Detect financial discrepancies and facilitate prompt resolution.
• Generate financial and management reports as per management’s directives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Balance Sheet finalization and audit coordination.
• Competence in using Tally Prime accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong skills in MIS reporting and financial data analysis.
• Experienced in account reconciliation and financial scrutiny.
• Ability to manage and lead an accounts team effectively.
• Good interpersonal skills for communication and coordination purposes.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy in financial processes.

Educational qualifications required include B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or an equivalent degree.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates who have worked in Commercial Interiors, Construction, Building Materials, Furniture, or related sectors will be given preference.

Compensation

The position offers a salary of approximately ₹60,000 per month, which will vary based on experience and candidate suitability.
