Job description
Role Overview
The Property Supervisor is tasked with overseeing daily property operations, maintenance, tenant services, and the general upkeep of the assigned portfolio under the group's management. This position ensures properties adhere to high standards concerning cleanliness, safety, operational functionality, and service quality, all aimed at maximizing occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, maintaining exemplary standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections across apartments, villas, common spaces, facilities, and building systems to ensure upkeep and readiness prior to tenant handovers.
- Monitor both preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and reporting issues to the Property Manager.
- Handle tenant onboarding and offboarding processes, responding to tenant inquiries and complaints promptly, and maintaining excellent tenant relations.
- Supervise contractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and contractual obligations.
- Assist in financial oversight by monitoring operating expenses, verifying maintenance costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, and ensuring efficient resource use.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards, conducting safety inspections and supporting emergency procedures.
- Lead and coordinate property staff including maintenance and housekeeping teams, overseeing task assignments, attendance, and performance.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive operational reports detailing maintenance requests, tenant complaints, inspections, and occupancy status.

- Maintain excellent property condition and readiness for tenants.
- Ensure prompt resolution of tenant maintenance requests.
- Complete maintenance and vendor work efficiently and to a high standard.
- Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Manage operational expenses effectively, avoiding unnecessary costs.
- Submit accurate and timely reports and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Property Management, or related disciplines.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in property or facilities management with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven expertise in tenant relations, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
- Knowledgeable in building maintenance, operational protocols, budgeting, cost control, and purchase order processes.
- Familiarity with local property laws, health, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving abilities paired with effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple maintenance and operational tasks concurrently.
- Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
