About the Role

As a Property Operations Transformation Delivery Manager at Primark, you will spearhead transformation projects within the Property Operations function, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful change. You will be responsible for the oversight and management of multiple workstreams ensuring initiatives meet deadlines, scope, and align with strategic business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of transformation programs in Property Operations, managing timelines, scope, and alignment with business objectives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive program plans across various workstreams while monitoring milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery outcomes.
• Ensure rigorous program governance through effective reporting, steering committee meetings, and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement for transparent progress tracking.
• Facilitate implementation of new systems, processes, technologies, and working methods to guarantee effective adoption throughout the function.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, Technology, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations teams to ensure unified progress towards transformation targets.
• Promote continuous enhancement by embedding best practice program management standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring realization of transformation benefits.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in Finance Operations within high-volume retail or shared services environments, with hands-on involvement managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Proficient with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, alongside invoice automation tools facilitating streamlined financial operations.
• Experience working within Global Business Services/shared service frameworks, demonstrating strong stakeholder management capabilities across diverse functions and geographical locations.
• Thorough knowledge of financial control measures, reconciliation processes, audit compliance, and risk management to maintain regulatory standards and accuracy.
• Background in finance transformation and continuous improvement, including process optimization, automation, and system upgrades; professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are favored.
• A proven track record in delivering performance targets evidenced by achievement of SLAs, KPIs, process accuracy, audit success, exception reduction, and high stakeholder satisfaction.
