This role is a hybrid position based in Dublin, allowing for 1-2 days of remote work each week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the long-term vision and strategy for the Integration Platform, molding a multi-year roadmap covering APIs, gateways, and connectivity services that align with business goals, OKRs, and industry trends.
• Lead and coordinate delivery, prioritization, and execution across the Integration Platform initiatives, including tracking progress, managing dependencies, and handling escalations.
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders and secure necessary funding by aligning technology and business leadership, preparing business cases, and managing funding processes.
• Maintain platform reliability and performance, overseeing availability, incident resolution, audit findings, and ensuring strong controls are embedded and effective.
• Manage financials, resources, and vendor relationships—handling budgeting, ROI measurement, capacity planning, and commercial agreements with third-party providers.
• Promote adoption and success of the platform by collaborating effectively with stakeholders, supporting teams and users, and ensuring new platform capabilities are widely embraced.

Required Experience and Skills

• Extensive background with 10-15 years in product management, including over 5 years specifically managing API, integration, or developer platforms within SaaS, fintech, or large enterprise environments.
• In-depth technical knowledge of high-throughput integration platforms, API lifecycle management, integration standards, security/authentication, observability, and platform operations.
• Proven success in scaling platforms from transformation stages to production, delivering high adoption rates, low-latency and secure ecosystems, and executing effective release, upgrade, and governance processes.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, capable of crafting platform strategy, analyzing adoption and performance trade-offs, and articulating business value and ROI clearly.
• Experienced in executive stakeholder management and commercial leadership, influencing senior leaders, navigating complex stakeholder contexts, securing funding, and overseeing budgeting, vendor relations, and licensing.
• Collaborative and delivery-driven leadership style with excellent communication abilities, leading cross-functional teams through Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies, driving continuous improvement, resilience, and operational excellence.
