Job description

Role Overview

Actively managing property sales from initial enquiries to final transfer, this position involves securing exclusive listings, marketing properties effectively, updating the CRM with inquiry details, and negotiating sales to successful completion. The consultant will ensure smooth progression through NOC and transfer phases, collaborating with the sales team to provide seamless service for exclusive projects. Maintaining a professional and polished client representation at all times is essential. Engaging with current clients to obtain agency agreements for residential sales and leases, while also sourcing new business opportunities through development efforts, is a key responsibility.

Main Duties

  • Meet monthly individual sales targets as set by management.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from instruction to property transfer.
  • Qualify leads and efficiently manage data using company CRM systems.
  • Handle all documentation related to sales and leasing, including drafting agreements and preparing promotional materials.
  • Continuously network to identify new business prospects, attend real estate exhibitions, and stay updated on local and national property market trends and regulations.
  • Adhere strictly to ADM and RICS business standards and ethical codes.
  • Ensure timely attendance at all internal and external appointments.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards during all duties.
  • Present a smart and professional business appearance at all times.
  • Conduct competitor activity research and reporting.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Network with other market professionals to enhance business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Conduct presentations and property viewings for prospective clients.
  • Innovate and implement creative marketing initiatives in cooperation with the marketing team to generate new business.
  • Maintain and update company databases and property portals like Propspace with detailed client info, viewing schedules, and other data.
  • Understand local market legislation and procedures related to property sales, leases, and administration, including drafting sale agreement addendums, Memoranda of Understanding, and Power of Attorney documents.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local market dynamics within designated areas.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Possess a degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Have at least two years of sales experience, ideally within the Abu Dhabi residential or commercial property market.
  • Hold a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
  • Possession of a broker card is preferable.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and sales abilities.
  • Be confident in delivering presentations.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in team environments.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings to provide optimal client service.
