About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst or Graduate Valuer focused on property valuations across diverse asset types. The position entails valuation projects predominantly within Saudi Arabia, with occasional assignments extending to the wider Middle East.

The successful candidate should be planning to attain or currently pursuing TAQEEM certification to qualify as a recognized member. Joining our globally reputed real estate company provides an excellent platform for professional growth supported by extensive brand expertise.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform property valuations on land, apartments, villas, offices, warehouses, and buildings—covering existing, newly built, and under-construction properties—ensuring accurate market value advice.
  • Manage valuation tasks that include site inspections, valuation assessments, preparing detailed reports, and client presentations.
  • Gather and analyze property market data across the Middle East from internal and external sources.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive property database coordinating with research and valuation teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments to acquire and share market information.
  • Compile and prepare reports based on collected valuation data as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with firms, institutions, and organizations to promote company services and secure new business opportunities.
  • Contribute towards revenue goals in line with managerial targets.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation abilities by effectively communicating findings in both verbal and draft report formats.
  • Manage multiple valuation assignments concurrently while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Escalate significant issues to senior partners or surveyors when necessary.
  • Respond to commercial property inquiries and provide clients with suitable options and recommendations.
  • Support team members in meeting their individual and departmental objectives.
  • Participate in internal and external networking and continuing professional development events.
  • Assist in expanding client networks and enhancing business with current contacts.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Real Estate or Finance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Holder of a valid Saudi driving license.
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of professional experience within Saudi Arabia.
  • Sound understanding of business principles relevant to the real estate sector.
  • Knowledgeable about valuation principles and related disciplines.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia for property research and inspections.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and reporting skills.
  • Proactive attitude and effective collaborative team member.
  • Based in Riyadh or ready to relocate.
