Job description

Role Overview

As the Administration Manager for The Palms Shopping Centre, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a prominent retail asset. Collaborating closely with the Centre Manager, on-site team, tenants, and various stakeholders, you will deliver strong administrative and financial support to maintain high governance standards and contribute to optimal asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee all property administration activities for the centre.
  • Maintain and update lease information by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage credit control processes, debtor accounts, and prepare client reports.
  • Handle supplier invoice processing and oversee timely payments.
  • Assist the site team with budget oversight and financial reporting tasks.
  • Monitor and coordinate additional income sources such as casual mall leasing, turnover rent, and percentage-based rent.
  • Support purchase order management activities.
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive reporting requirements for the centre.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of two years in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Property Management software is crucial; MRI software experience is preferred.
  • Accounting qualifications are highly regarded.
  • Exceptional time management abilities and capability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processes.
  • Competent with intermediate-level Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Canva is a desired advantage.
