Project Manager - Trading Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of trading systems projects spanning multiple regions, teams, and domains.
• Collaborate with global teams to support Asian trading business projects, leveraging extensive expertise in complex trading systems.
• Work effectively with business units to gather, interpret, and implement project requirements while advising stakeholders accordingly.
• Provide regular, clear communications on project status to staff and management at all levels to maintain transparency.
• Apply strong coordination and negotiation abilities to align various stakeholders and resources.
• Assess risks by interpreting probabilistic outcomes to manage project challenges strategically.
• Analyze project requirements objectively to select fitting strategies, tools, and project management methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least five years of experience successfully delivering trading system projects.
• Minimum five years in business analysis, project management, or combined BA/PM roles managing IT projects through the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in communicating project progress transparently to diverse audiences, including senior management.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills paired with the capacity to evaluate probabilistic risks effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
