Project Manager – Telecommunications (KSA Region)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced telecommunications project manager to lead complex network infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on the rollout of 5G technology, Fiber to the Home (FTTH), and Core network deployments. The ideal candidate will possess both deep technical knowledge and extensive experience working within the KSA and GCC regions, managing multi-vendor projects aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 digital transformation plans.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience exclusively in the telecom sector.
• Proven working familiarity with KSA and GCC market conditions, including regulatory frameworks and local telecom operators.
• Technical expertise in 5G network deployment, FTTH, civil infrastructure works, or OSS/BSS system integration.
• Certification requirement: Active PMP®, PRINCE2®, or SAFe® qualification.
• Experienced in managing Tier-1 OEM vendors such as Ericsson, Huawei, and Nokia, as well as local subcontractors.
• Fluent in English at a C1/C2 level; professional proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
• For local residents, a transferable Iqama is required; otherwise, immediate readiness to relocate to Dammam is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telecommunications projects within KSA, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and local service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage strategic relationships with Tier-1 operators, regulatory authorities, and multiple vendor teams.
• Oversee critical activities such as site acquisition, civil engineering tasks, network integrations, and acceptance testing throughout the project zones.
• Maintain project financial oversight including budgeting, resource deployment, managing changes, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations as well as quality standards aligned with KSA telecom policies.
• Provide timely milestone updates and risk assessments directly to executive management.
