About the Role
Join Pax8 as a Project Manager focusing on Partner Experience and be instrumental in shaping partner education, enablement, and experience across Australia and the wider APAC region. This role extends beyond traditional project management by leading transformative, business-critical initiatives that impact partner success directly. You'll contribute to new market expansions, partner transformation programs, educational enhancements, and operational excellence.
Working at the crossroads of innovation, learning, partner engagement, and business transformation within a technology-driven, AI-enabled environment, you'll be part of projects that scale globally while enhancing your skills in fast-changing technological contexts.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives within the Partner Experience unit from inception to completion, ensuring team alignment and successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive programme roadmaps aligned to organizational priorities.
- Implement governance frameworks, create reporting procedures, and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
- Coordinate diversified teams to meet project delivery deadlines within scope and budget.
- Organize planning workshops, steering committees, and periodic programme reviews.
- Monitor project milestones, dependencies, budget consumption, risks, and overall delivery performance.
- Support extensive learning, enablement, and educational programs.
- Drive operational improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency and scalability of programmes.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Content, and Partner Experience teams on growth-oriented projects.
- Facilitate change management efforts promoting adoption and engagement.
- Create and present clear executive reports, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project decisions, actions, and results.
Requirements
- Significant experience managing projects and programmes from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Expertise in project governance, detailed planning, and effective execution.
- Proven capability to build business cases, design project frameworks, and define success metrics.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and influence across varied teams and priorities.
- Experience managing complex risks, dependencies, and deliverables successfully.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem resolution skills.
- Confidence when presenting ideas and updates to senior leadership.
- Relevant experience in technology, SaaS, distribution, enablement, or partner engagement environments.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project and collaboration management software such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, identify gaps, and create practical solutions.
