Project Manager - Luxury Hotel Construction

Overview

Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead all stages of a luxury hotel construction project in Riyadh, focusing on on-time, within-budget delivery while upholding the highest standards in quality, safety, and hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all phases from mobilization through project handover for the luxury hotel build.
• Handle project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality benchmarks, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.
• Track project progress, manage risks, control variations, and oversee cost performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational challenges to keep project milestones on track.
• Compile progress reports and deliver updates to senior leadership.
• Lead, guide, and mentor the project team to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Have over 15 years of experience managing construction projects specifically for luxury hotels or upscale hospitality properties.
• Show a proven history of delivering large-scale hotel developments successfully.
• Have strong expertise in project management, contracts, planning, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
