Project Manager (HOD)

About the Company and Role

Our client is a rapidly expanding enterprise specializing in prefabricated steel structures. They deliver comprehensive solutions encompassing design, international procurement, local fabrication, and installation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate detailed project execution plans including work breakdown structures and master scheduling.
• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), resolve technical clarifications, and oversee variation orders.
• Supervise site material inventory and ensure effective asset management.
• Implement OSHA and client Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards rigorously.
• Review and verify purchase requisitions related to the project and authorize consumables usage within approved limits.
• Coordinate with Production Manager to prioritize fabrication and dispatch operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering or a closely related field.
• Have 8 to 12 years of experience in executing structural steel or industrial projects.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience functioning as a Project Manager.
• Familiarity with Tekla Structures, Primavera or Microsoft Project, and standards such as AISC, API, MBMA, EN, ASME, ASTM, ISO 9001, and OSHA.
• Demonstrated strong abilities in leadership, project planning, contract management, and client relations.
