About the Role
This position involves overseeing solar projects from start to finish for a rapidly expanding Solar EPC company. Key tasks include conducting site surveys, designing systems, preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), drafting technical proposals, coordinating with vendors and procurement teams, managing project schedules, and liaising with clients through review meetings. The role is based in Kolkata and requires regular travel to project sites.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
Applicants should possess a B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering disciplines such as Electronics and Telecommunication, Energy and Power, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation. Candidates are expected to have 3 to 6 years of experience managing solar EPC projects, with preference for those knowledgeable in rooftop solar installations and solar pumping systems. Strong client management skills and readiness for site travel are essential. The role is Kolkata-centric.
Compensation and Benefits
The offered salary ranges from 300,000 to 500,000 INR per annum. Additional benefits include Provident Fund (PF), Travel Allowance (TA), and performance-linked bonuses.
