Role Overview

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager to spearhead and oversee key digital transformation initiatives within the organization. This role demands managing multiple large-scale concurrent projects with significant impact, incorporating pragmatic and effective project management approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and workflow automation projects, from defining business cases to conducting post-implementation reviews.
• Work closely with AI Business Analysts and AI Engineers to convert business objectives into clear project plans, schedules, and success criteria.
• Create comprehensive project scopes, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk registers aligned with the overall Digital Transformation roadmap.
• Serve as the liaison between technical teams (such as AI Engineers and BI Developers) and business function leaders in Sales, HR, Finance, and IT, ensuring effective communication of progress, risks, and return on investment.
• Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor milestone achievements to guarantee timely, high-quality deliveries.
• Collaborate with business users to promote adoption of automation solutions, conduct training sessions, collect feedback, and implement system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to refine and scale reusable automation frameworks for improved efficiency.
• Cultivate a culture focused on continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• Between 4 to 6 years of professional experience in project management, digital transformation, process enhancement, finance operations, or system integration.
• Robust capabilities in project governance including planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and benefit tracking.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams delivering technology-based projects.
• Strong familiarity with workflow automation technologies.
• Ability to effectively translate business strategies into actionable project roadmaps with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communication, bridging technical and business perspectives seamlessly.
• Professional certifications like PMP or Agile are preferable; knowledge of AI or Generative AI is advantageous. Experience within the gaming or creative sectors is a plus.
