Project Manager

About the Role

Dar Trading Group is seeking a seasoned Civil Project Manager to oversee high-end fit-out and finishing projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive construction management expertise and a proven track record in delivering complex projects with a strong emphasis on quality and finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project planning, execution, and on-site management activities.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and various stakeholders.
• Ensure meticulous attention to details and adherence to project quality, finishing standards, and requirements.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, progress tracking systems, and forward-looking plans.
• Identify project delays promptly and contribute to the formulation and implementation of recovery strategies.
• Interpret and utilize construction drawings, quantity take-offs, technical specs, and documentation effectively.
• Prepare progress payment certifications, technical reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience in managing high-end fit-out, finishing, and general construction projects.
• Demonstrated success as a Project Manager, Execution Manager, or Senior Civil Engineer.
• Expertise in project planning tools and site supervision.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving capacities.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and requirements simultaneously.
