Role Overview

The Product Director position offers senior leadership across multiple AI-focused tracks, mainly General & Administrative functions, Sales, and PMO, supporting additional tracks as necessary. This leadership role involves collaborating with Product Owners and Producers or Project Managers to guide product strategy, prioritization, and delivery execution, while mentoring less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to craft clear, value-driven product strategies and roadmaps tailored to each track.
• Ensure product plans align with business value, genuine user needs, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate complex business challenges into focused priorities and actionable product solutions.
• Identify dependencies and opportunities for scalability and solution reuse across teams.
• Assist teams in making priority decisions amid competing demands by facilitating trade-offs and challenging assumptions to ensure clarity of problem definition and expected benefits.
• Adapt priorities responsively using new insights, user feedback, and performance metrics.
• Provide leadership in planning, scheduling, risk, and stakeholder communication to Producers and Project Managers.
• Introduce pragmatic product and project management disciplines to enhance transparency, responsibility, and delivery consistency.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and obstacles to smooth project progression.
• Guide teams from experimental phases toward stable delivery, adoption, and tangible impacts.
• Mentor Product Owners, Producers, and Project Managers through challenges in product and delivery management.
• Foster alignment across business units, studios, product and engineering teams, engaging senior stakeholders with clear communication on strategy, progress, risks, and decisions.
• Lead by influence to manage competing priorities and varying perspectives within and across organizations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management with demonstrated strong judgement and proven ability in defining effective product strategies and roadmaps.
• Robust project, program, or delivery management expertise.
• Track record managing multiple products or projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Skilled in influencing senior leaders and managing competing priorities effectively.
• Experience coaching Product Owners, Product Managers, Producers, or Project Managers to enhance team capabilities.
• Practical knowledge of AI and modern software development, enabling credible collaboration with engineering and technical teams.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead through influence and unify teams across diverse functions, regions, and disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on, collaborative mindset with ownership of processes from strategic direction through to execution.
• Experience in AI, technology, gaming, or creative sectors is advantageous.
